Don't hesitate to launch your boat
on sinking or on swelling tide.
The ocean is a narrow moat--
your navigator is the Guide.
Or as you climb the Great Divide
on narrow, steep and winding track
remember Who is at your side
and there's no need of turning back.
The stars are bright, the sky is black
the moon is on the mountain pale.
The boat's becalmed, the sails are slack
the traveller sleeps beside the trail.
The road continues with each dawn--
get up now, and we'll journey on.
