I can smell the ocean!
Very vivid. The last line jumps off the screen like a fish.
As always, your words are magic!
Oh very clever! I love good haiku. :)

I also love good haiku and this is wonderful!
Oh, how evocative! I can taste the salt breeze, smell the fish - just lovely. :)
i am always awaiting your entry as i am enthralled with your use of poetic form... i am just starting to comprehend it,,, but i have found inspiration in your page.....
I can't help but feel a little bit sorry for the fish, even as I was rooting for the fishermen to get what they came for. That balance is tough to keep.
Beautiful imagery as always. Keep up the good work.

"Caught" also made me think of fish, but I went another direction. Always look forward to reading your 3WW haiku.
