What a cool poem! Your words and the images brought to mind made me feel the chill of winter in my bones.
very nice. there really is something about sounds which announce the arrival of change
perfect haiku fr the gray gloomy northern california winters day we are having.....
Perfect haiku for the turn of the seasons, and we also have a chime that sings with the autumn wind and the falling of leaves :)
Ya Haqq!
Brrr! Lovely haiku, lovely!
Oh, wow! We were on the same wavelength with the prompt words. I like the way yours flows.
Very clever! I must learn about haiku...
I adore the sound of bamboo windchimes -- very cool. Beautiful haiku.
That was lovely...
Beautiful, as always but, too cold for me.
Michelle
I also felt the wind and the chill while reading this.
I don't know that I'm ready to start thinking of winter yet: brrrr!
P.S. Sorry it took me so long to get to this: I just wrote mine tonight and I don't typically read other's before I post my own :)
I can hear those windchimes knocking...
Very nice haiku!
