you think i have my back to the wind
to save my poor petals
but i face the sun
always the sun—
bright flare
streaming around
my head like the corona
wind goes where it will but i
face forever the burning burning sun

You always have such an amazingly spiritual viewpoint. "John 3:8 The wind blows where it chooses, and you hear the sound of it, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit" and the mystical burning in the presence of God. I can't say enough. . .
The flower always facing the sun makes me think of the Buckingham Palace Guards who face the adversity of the sun, rain, wind, etc., everyday. There's strength and beauty to be found everywhere. Nice job. Have a nice day.
So succinct and so true. Nice write.
