Oh, your eyes,
starfish eyes all dappled with
unexpected colors and clinging, crawling
across my oceanic flesh.
Sea-urchin eyes
wink from underwater ripples
in a sudden shift of foam. I am skewered
on long black needles, by relentless current.
Buy my heart with a handful
of sand-dollar eyes, fragile five-pronged eyes
and hold me stronger than any hand can grasp.

Your use of the prompt is an excellent choice, Tiel. I love the ocean and the strange creatures that come from its depths. Well done. Have a nice night.
Oh, lovely, flowing and surreal.
