why is the letter illicit ??

Like the image but I wondered the same, what makes them illicit?
Surely illicit comes in many flavors these days...descriptive words.
I think if you were to put illicit at the end of the line, it would satisfy everyone else. I get it, but it might be stronger to switch it around.

I felt the use of illicit insinuated an affair...I don't know if I assumed correctly, but the words gave strong imagery! Thank you for sharing. :~)
